Built by the prestigious and renowned architect Ricardo Bofill. Located in the district of La Manzanera, close to the famous and award-winning architectural works, La Muralla Roja, Xanadú, El Anfiteatro and modernist buildings in the area.
Stunning views of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea from the entire house. In the centre of Calpe and one of the main golden sand beaches, Arenal, Los Pinos, Cala de la Manzanera, which can be easily reached by walking.
Villa Bennu is located near the old town of Calpe, in a quiet area, with all the necessary services around, supermarket, pharmacy, theatre, shopping, kindergartens, bars, restaurants, church, library, cultural centre, museums, etc. It has all the amenities to spend wonderful days and enjoy your holidays.
