The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a terrace with sea views from both bedrooms. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa's exterior offers a charming terrace with a 9x3.5 metre pool, equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. It also has a portable barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. Parking space for 2 vehicles is located within the same plot.
