Charming summer villa with private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca, designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this welcoming property is set on a single floor and features air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, providing a cool and pleasant environment.

The villa offers two lounges, one designed for relaxation with SAT/TDT TV and another as a dining room, from where you can enjoy views of the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas hobs and 2 electric hobs, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the villa includes a laundry room for added convenience.



EXTERIOR:



Standing out on the exterior, you will find a charming wooden pergola that houses a brick barbecue, offering an ideal place to enjoy sunny days with views of the imposing Ifach rock. The 8x4 metre swimming pool perfectly complements the outdoor space. The villa has a fully fenced plot and offers parking space for two vehicles.
