Beautiful summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 14 people with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors.



INTERIOR: This villa is composed of the MAIN FLOOR where you will find a lounge-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, with access to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach. A fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A spacious bedroom with two single beds and sea views. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms with two single beds each plus a bathroom with bathtub. On the GROUND FLOOR you will find a small lounge-dining room with an open kitchen and two electric hobs and access to the barbecue area. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed and finally a shower room.



EXTERIOR: Beautiful 9x4.5 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a brick-built barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking is available on the same plot for 4-5 vehicles.



LOCATION: A short distance of 900 m will allow you to access the sandy beach of La Fustera and 2.5 km to the sandy beach and seafront promenade of Levante beach. Calpe town centre is 4.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 700 m away.
