Excellent, clean, quiet

Lovely clean villa with nice grounds and good pool. Quiet area. Large villa being built next door but quiet when we were there. Interhomes were excellent.

Nice spotlessly clean villa, decent pool. Rather a lot of ants compared to other villa experiences in Spain. Location quiet. Large villa being built next door. Villa itself was great. Interhome in Calpe were excellent.

Las escaleras

Todo estaba muy bien,menos la escaleras de acceso a la casa ,eran muy altas e incómodas .Yo tengo problemas de las caderas y me resultó bastante incómodas subir y bajarlas muchas veces al día .Por eso no recomiendo para personas mayores,ni con niños ni para personas con una discapacidad física .

Une charmante Maison de vacances calme

Quartier résidentiel calme avec de très belles maisons. Très bien isolée sans vis à vis. Seul l'étage est accessible aux locataires (non indiqué sur l'annonce)...mais personne au rdc = intimité préservé. Piscine très bien. 2 parasols autour en très bon état. Literie ok dur (mon mari n'a pas aimé mais moi oui). Fourmis oui, donc il ne faut pas laisser trainer d'aliments, c'est tout! Quelques difficultés à trouver la maison...il faut Waze. Proche de la mer (25 min a pieds) ou 5min de voiture.

Correcto

La piscina estupenda. La ducha de la piscina muy bien. Sin embargo el resto de la zona exterior poco aprovechable. La barbacoa portátil, es correcta, pero el entorno exterior no motiva a usarla. La casa en sí, y la equipación, la camas, todo bien. Una pega es la cantidad de hormigas que entran en la casa, pero con un spray anti hormigas desaparecen en varios días.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Der positive Gesamteindruck des Hauses kann nur bedingt die leider zahlreichen anderen negativen Punkte ausgleichen. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist viel zu Schwach. Der Pool wurde zwar regelmäßig, allerdings nur unzureichend gesäubert und die verwendete Menge an Chlor war nicht in der Lage, für eine ausreichende Wasserqualität zu sorgen. Außerhalb des Pools wurde man regelmäßig von einer wahren Ameisenplage „heimgesucht“. Werden das Haus nicht mehr Buchen.

Estupenda casa con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda y una piscina de buen tamaño, rodeada de jardín y con unas estupendas vistas, lo único negativo por decir algo los trozos de azulejos sueltos en las escaleras de la piscina que eran molestos

Alles,was man zur Erholung braucht

Wir sind jetzt zum 3. Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. das spricht ja schon für sich. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend (war bei uns zu mindestens immer so) und ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, was man so braucht, denn man hält sich ja sowieso die meiste Zeit eher draußen auf.

Fantastica

Hemos pasado 4 dias muy agradables. La villa esta muy cuidada en primevera el jardin debe ser una explosion de color. La zona de piscina muy comoda con ducha de agua caliente . Dos peros; cama de matrimonio y mosquitos. El resto genial. Opino q debian incluir el precio de la limpieza (muy caro)en el precio del alquiler. Fue lo q nos dejo mal sabor de boca al contratar. Aun asi repetiriamos.

Alles,was man zur Erholung braucht

Wir sind jetzt zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Ich glaube, das spricht für sich. Da wir uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufhalten, ist die Wohnung zweitrangig, aber hat alles, was man braucht und wirkt immer sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist super mit dem tollen, großen Pool.
