You will stay in a 4-room villa spanning 130 square meters across two levels, offering spacious and bright interiors with beautiful and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room features a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, radio, CD-player, air conditioning, and forced-air heating with a boiler (100 liters). It leads to a terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there are three bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, 200 cm length), air conditioning, and forced-air heating on the main level, and two more on the upper floor, each with a French bed (150 cm, 200 cm length), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The upper floor also has a bathroom/WC, bidet, and an office.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort during your vacation. The large kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two bathrooms/WCs and two bidets. The heating system is available from November 1st to April 30th.
