1. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from June 1 through October 30

2: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

3: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 5 people; exceeding this number is prohibited.

4. The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited at all times.

5: You are renting a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
