This brand new apartment is located on a picturesque street 100 meters from the beach in the heart of downtown Calpe. The apartment is finely furnished and equipped with all appliances.

It consists of a large and bright living room with open kitchen and equipped with all appliances, a sofa bed for 2 people, a large 67 "flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The WiFi Internet connection is free.

The interior decoration of the apartment gives a modern and sophisticated style enriched by the balcony, where you can relax with a coffee reading a good book. The Melior-1 building where the apartment is located is surrounded by the best restaurants, cafe and fashion shops. This apartment is able to accommodate 4 people, it can be a family with children or a couple who wants to relax, or friends who want to spend a few days on the Costa Blanca.

A set of bed linen and towels costs 9 euros per person, however it is also possible to bring your sheets and towels from home if you wish.

There is no 24-hour reception in the apartments and for that reason from 22.00 to 10.00 it will be necessary to pay 50 euros to the person who will wait for you and gives the keys.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment for the stay more than 7 nights and by card for the stay less than 7 nights. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.



Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 10 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 09:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
