This is our family apartment, fully equipped (like our own home) and updated, as you will see. We live in Valencia, but we usually personally attend to guests upon arrival and departure. Most guests return from previous years. If you'd like, I can send you a link to other websites (Airbnb or Booking) via WhatsApp, especially to see the reviews.
The apartment is on the 8th floor and is equipped as follows:
600 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi internet.
Netflix included. Ducted hot/cold air conditioning. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Very bright, all exterior-facing, including both bathrooms.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in the master bedroom), both with glass shower screens. Living/dining room with a double sofa bed. Two 26 m² terraces with retractable glass enclosures.
Complete travel cot, including mattress, brand: Asalvo Baby.
Renovated and fully equipped independent kitchen with:
Smoke detector.
Washing machine.
Dryer.
Dishwasher.
Electric water heater.
Frost-free refrigerator.
