Vacation apartment in second line with fantastic sea views. Holidaymakers who prefer a high standard and tasteful furnishings will certainly feel very comfortable in this apartment and will spend an unforgettable vacation. Thanks to its perfect location on the second line of the main beach of Calpe (Arenal), it has an exceptional sea view all the way to Benidorm.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2024. Only high quality materials were used and the furnishings are not standard, but very tasteful, so that guests feel at home. The entire interior is equally luxurious and offers every comfort.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a modern style bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a terrace from which you can also enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. The living room, with integrated and fully equipped kitchen, is spacious and tastefully furnished. There is also air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. In front of the living room there is a very large terrace, which is also fully glazed and can therefore also be used as a living room in winter. In summer, however, it can be opened completely for sitting outside. There is also a cozy sofa here, which invites you to enjoy an evening drink against a fantastic backdrop.

Of course, the apartment is fully equipped and everything is ready for our guests to immediately enjoy a comfortable vacation.

The pool area with garden invites you to relax and feel good.

An important detail is a parking space, because in summer there are hardly any parking spaces on the street.
