We are pleased to present you our beautiful holiday apartment with communal pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This apartment sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.







Inside the apartment, you will find a spacious living-dining room with TDT/SAT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The two bedrooms have a double bed each and also have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with a shower.







Outside, the apartment offers a pleasant area with a communal pool, Roman steps and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There is also a tennis court available to guests, as well as a parking space for one vehicle.
