Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor (2 steps): A large entrance hall, a veranda, independent kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, a laundry room giving access to the garden. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, separate WC with sink. Unfenced private garden of 250 m² with its garden furniture table and private parking for 2 vehicles. Along the D26 towards Dinan. For our cat friends, we provide a cat tree, a litter box and a cushion. House located at the entrance to the town of Calorguen on the D26 and 5 km from the historic center of Dinan. On a large wooded property, including the owners' house and the gite where everyone will enjoy their private space. You are 6 km (10 minutes by car) from the Port of Dinan where you will be able to take the time to sip a drink in the sun on the quays, taste seafood in one of the many restaurants and take a detour by the rue du Jerzual, one of the emblematic streets where artists, craftsmen and ancestral shops mingle... Take the time to discover the Bétineuc leisure center just 5 km away, relaxation and physical activity guaranteed. Located close to the Ille-et-Rance canal, the 3 km tour of the pond allows everyone to indulge in hiking, horseback riding or cycling.
