The house has a capacity of 7 people. The bedrooms are spread over two floors.

First floor:
- Large living and dining room with fireplace and satellite TV (Canal+) with more than 40 Spanish and international channels + French satellite TV.
- access to a large terrace with dining table and sun loungers
- Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and equipment (toaster, fryer, blender, etc.).
- 1 toilet with washing machine

1st floor (all rooms with a great view of the sea and mountains):
- 2 double bedrooms with double bed.
- 1 bunk bedroom with 3 beds (90 × 190)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Outdoor area:
- Swimming pool with outdoor shower.
- a large terrace with a barbecue, a large dining table with chairs and sun loungers by the pool
- Parking (covered garage).

There is air conditioning in the living room and in three bedrooms (with an additional cost of 15 euros/day).

There is also a baby cot available with bed linen at no extra cost

To access the house there are two stairs, with a total of 20 steps (see photos)
