Nettes Hinterhaus mit eingezĂ€unten RasengrundstĂŒck . Ruhige aber sehr zentrale Lage und einen Sprung vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist sauber aber nicht steril, so dass man reinkommt und der Hund auch ĂŒberall laufen darf . Der Vermieter war sehr nett . Ein Problem mit der Heizung wurde umgehend von ihm behoben . FĂŒr uns war es eine entspannte schöne Urlaubswoche !!!

HĂ€nde weg

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, nahe am Strand. Dies war das einzig positive. Das Haus war schmutzig hat fĂŒrchterlich nach Moder und Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Das Sofa voll mit Hundehaaren, der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich schimmelig, er war nicht zu gebrauchen. Bei der Einfahrt zum Haus re und li MĂŒllberge. Das Gras im Garten extrem hoch und die Sitzecke unzumutbar. Ein Weinglas, zwei Teelöffel und Pfannen wo man den Ekel bekam. Wir sind nach einer Woche wieder abgereist, da man uns nichts anderes anbieten konnte. Positiv ist gewesen, dass wir von der Agentur De Kust innerhalb von fĂŒnf Tagen eine Teilerstattung erhalten haben.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

Leider stellten wir bei der Ankunft einige MĂ€ngel fest. 1. ein Gartenstuhl ist defekt und nicht benutzbar 2. der Holzkohlengrill ist nicht mehr zu benutzen 3. die Sessel im Wohnzimmer weisen Flecken auf 4. der Schirm einer Stehlampe ist geknickt. Die FĂŒĂŸe der Lampen sind verrostet 5. das Besteck und ein Topf weisen leider Essensreste auf6. das GehĂ€use des Toasters ist verschmort7. die untere Platte des Couchtisches ist instabil 8. der Gartentisch mĂŒsste erneuert werden 9. die KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke sind sehr vergilbt, so als sei im Haus geraucht worden 10. das Haus riecht sehr stark nach Raumduft, welcher nicht unbedingt fĂŒr Allergiker geeignet ist 11. Eine Fliese am bodentiefen Fenster zum Gartentor ist abgebrochen. Das BruchstĂŒck liegt in der Ecke 12. Die Musikanlage steht unbenutzbar in einer Ecke. Ansonsten ist das Haus nicht sehr reinlich, es bedĂŒrfte einer Grundreinigung undeines neuen Anstriches.

Bungalow mit Potenzial nach oben

Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Garten komplett umzĂ€unt ist, ich hatte extra gefragt. Das stimmt nicht ganz. Auf der rechten Seite des Gartens ist es irgendwie mit Draht usw zusammengeflickt. Dort passen kleine Hunde durch, wie z.B ein Dackel. WĂ€re schön, wenn das auch ordentlich eingezĂ€unt werden wĂŒrde. Unseren Hund ist nĂ€mlich aus der Seite abgehauen. Evtl. Ein bisschen mehr Kochutensilien wie z.B KĂ€sereibe und schneidbrettchen. Der Garten war nicht ganz so gepflegt, Rasen lang, Laub auf der Terasse, Grill kaputt. War fĂŒr uns nicht ganz so schlimm, da wir ja Ende Oktober da waren und nicht draußen saßen. Im Sommer hĂ€tte es uns mehr gestört. Außenlampen im Garten funktionieren nicht. Lampe im Flur geht nicht. Es ist eigentlich ein ein toller Bungalow in einer tollen Lage. Es könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe fĂŒrs Detail aber viel schöner sein.
