Disliked: Check-in, communication
Ich hatte drei Nächte im Chic Stay Near North Sea in Callantsoog gebucht. Die Buchung wurde von Chic Stay Near North Sea entsprechend bestätigt. Am Anreisetag erhielt ich um 14.40 die Nachricht, dass das gebuchte Zimmer aus betrieblichen Gründen nicht mehr verfügbar sei und es ebenfalls keine Alternative gibt. Die Buchung werde daher storniert. Ich war an diesem Tag bereits 6h mit dem Auto angereist und kurz vor Callantsoog. Sehr kurzfristig musste dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht werden, was mitten in der Ferienzeit ziemlich schwierig war. Zudem verursachte diese kurzfristige Absage deutliche Mehrkosten.
