Escape to easy holiday living at this relaxed, family-friendly beach house — a short stroll to Callala Beach (part of Jervis Bay). Bright, bush-fringed gardens welcome you, and sliding doors open from the main living zone onto a huge leafy backyard that’s built for family fun — think totem tennis, bocce and plenty of room for kids (and dogs) to run.

Inside, the vibe is warm and welcoming. The lounge centres on a cosy fireplace and flows into the dining and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine) — simple, well appointed and handy for family meals. The bonus rumpus “down the back” is a real win for groups: comfy lounges with a wood burner, smart TV, a small kitchenette with bar fridge and dishwasher, and direct access to the undercover BBQ area where hammocks hang between Casuarinas for a proper lazy-afternoon feel.

Practical details guests love: three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including a huge freestanding bath in the main bathroom), an ensuite/laundry with direct rear-yard access, a secure front yard with landscaped gardens, off-street parking for up to three cars, fans for summer comfort and plenty of toys, books and board games to keep the kids entertained. The house is a pet-friendly, non-party cottage with a peaceful, park-like backyard — perfect for slow mornings with coffee or sunset evenings by the fire.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice house but no air con so was hot.Living space is great.Bathroom/laundry off main bedroom looked straight into neighbours yard and had no mirror so was not really an ensuite as much as a laundry.
