We offer for rent a 2500 m Garden Ground House, in a secure fenced property, with electric gate with badge, parking inside the property. Located in Suare between Sea and Mountain in the town of Calenzana, 7 minutes from Calvi airport, 12 minutes from Calvi center, and 25 minutes from L'Ile Rousse.
You have pretty little beaches 10 minutes away.
The start of the GR20 is in the top of Calenzana.
We are quiet at the edge of the maquis behind our property.
It is essential to have a car.
The accommodations are a T3 of 73 m² weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season and overnight rental in low season 3 nights minimum.
It includes 2 bedrooms so one with 2 electric beds of 80x200cm glued together so a bed of 160 cm/200cm, the second bedroom is a Murphy bed either single bed or 160 cm/ 200 cm bed.
There is a dressing room outside for the 2 bedrooms, to put your clothes and suitcases.
Bed linen is at your disposal, as well as towels, as well as beach towels.
Kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and complete cookware, crockery, washing machine with an island for eating with 4 bar stools.
The kitchen opens onto the living room which is equipped with a large sofa, a coffee table, a large flat screen TV with wifi, Netflix, Disney, Canal Plus and TV channels. The bathroom with double sinks, shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, as well as mosquito nets on each window.
