Everything was fine except for just one issue. I needed to get something out of my daughter's room that was very important and the person at the front desk refused to allow me to do that. It was very frustrating!! If it wasn't my own daughter, I would understand maintaining a policy, but in this situation I couldn't believe that the person at the counter would not help me and my daughter because it was a semi-emergency. Other than this issue, my experience at this hotel was very good, but I just can't get past this one issue on this visit so would not go back here again

The staff is incredibly rude, from front desk up to "Uncle Tommy", who was introduced as the "manager". No where on Expedia did I see this hotels policy of "No guests that live within 30 miles of the hotel". I have Android.
