We had a mix up at check in, where i stated jt was only myself on the confirmation, however my wife was not on it, and they would not let her in. After a long time of rude employees they stated they would allow her in if i paid more, so i did. Then i was told she doesbt get breakfast the next day and the day after. Will never go again or allow family to go there

Ótima opção para estadia em Caldas Novas!

O hotel é muito bom. Dispõe de duas piscinas e um bar molhado. Tem dois pequenos toboáguas. Havia uma recreadora todos os dias animando a garotada. O café da manhã é bom. Os quartos são agradáveis, só acho que as cortinas poderiam escurecer mais o quarto. Elas não bloqueiam tanto a luz solar. A diária no hotel dá direito a, pelo menos, uma entrada no parque aquático da rede, o que considero uma grande vantagem.
