Precisa rever sua gestão.

O prédio possui 3 elevadores a noite o de serviço é desligado e um estava com defeito, então apenas um funcionado o que não atendia a demanda de hospedes tive que descer 7 andares de escada.

O que achei chato foi que na descrição da locação fala do café da manhã , e após finalizar a compra mandam a mensagem falando que não havia inclusão de café ! Portanto acredito que não deveria está na descrição da locação do apt .

Quarto de frente pra piscina do hotel, ame proteção acústica, muito barulho, aluguel de toalhas (parque aquático, por que alugar por fora a toalha?) recepção disse que minha reserva tinha café incluso (comprei sem café) mas recepção afirmou que era erro da expedia, que eu tinha café, mas claro q eu não tinha, parque abre às 8 mas atrações as 10, piscina tem tuboagua, mas funciona das 14 às 17h, tudo muito confuso. Sem falar do cartão de compras, cartão próprio do hotel, mas de por crédito com cartões, sem direito a reembolso, nunca vi isso.
