Não recomendo

Primeiramente fui locado em um apartamento que estava sem a roupa de cama e com ar quebrado, após reclamar fui remanejado para outro apartamento, que também estava com o ar condicionado quebrado e ainda tive que aguardar limparem o quarto e um atendente trazer as roupas de cama, achei o atendimento da recepção despreparado, não existe serviço de quarto e algumas piscinas se encontravam sujas.

O hotel conta com uma boa infraestrutura, é reservado e as águas das piscinas são bem quentes mesmo em Julho. O café da manhã é gostoso e as refeições do hotel são bem preparadas. Os quartos poderiam estar mais limpos, haviam algumas teias de aranha e não nos avisaram no checkin que era necessário deixar as chaves para a limpeza. No checkin a recepcionista não passou muitas informações sobre o funcionamento do estabelecimento e sobre a cidade. O atendimento do restaurante foi bom mas poderia ser mais profissional.

Gostei da agua quente de algumas piscinas, restaurante excelente, limpeza, apartamento aconchegante, uma das funcionarias nos atendeu super bem. Uma outra não foi tão cordial e disponível , panela embolorada embaixo da pia, nao tinha cama de solteiro e sim só o colchão e na verdade a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas, abria durante a noite.
