Very satisfied but one persistent issue

This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff.

Equipe do hotel super atenciosa, recreação infantil excelente, com instrutores muito simpáticos e cuidadosos. As crianças adoraram a experiência! No entanto, é importante destacar a necessidade urgente de investir na reforma e manutenção dos brinquedos infantis, a fim de melhorar ainda mais a experiência e garantir a segurança das crianças, pois alguns brinquedos estão danificados e podem gerar insegurança para os pequenos.

Infelizmente fomos premiados com um quarto ruim, limpeza deixando a desejar. Jantar fraquíssimo. Descortesia total por parte dos colaboradores - inclusive rindo de um problema sério que tivemos de extravio de medicamentos no restaurante. Tem muita coisa bem melhor e na mesma faixa de preço em Caldas Novas.

Estive com minha familia (esposa, filhos, pais, irmão, cunhada e sobrinhos) em abril por 5 dias. Já conhecia o hotel e sabia de suas qualidades. Pontos positivos: Piscinas limpas, com grande oferta e, devido à baixa ocupação, muita tranquilidade. Café da manhã com boa qualidade e variedade. O mesmo vale ser dito para o almoço e o jantar. Limpeza do quarto muito boa. Localização excelente. Pontos a serem melhorados: tentei contatos com o hotel antes da minha chegada para algumas solicitações, e nenhum dos emails foi respondido a tempo; recebi, inclusive, a resposta de um deles já durante minha hospedagem. Em dois dias foi necessário irmos até o hotel vizinho para refeições. Ar condicionado de janela barulhentos.
