Not good 😌

Hotel is very outdated with broken/damaged Things in rooms and averall. Looks too old and needs to be repainted and repaired. I expected better amenities but they seemed like need repair. Will not recommend or stay again.

Far from good.

AC only in the bedroom. My mother sleeping on the sofa in the lounge had to sweat whole night. Breakfast was very average and exactly the same for 3 day running. No one speaks english and staff does not really care. Very low like for Brazilian standards. Would not stay there again.

Já fiquei várias vezes no Riviera, mas desta vez foi a pior. A qualidade despencou! Café da manhã sem variedade e com comidas questionáveis. Para um hotel Park a falta de toalha foi inaceitável. Nunca tinha toalhas disponíveis. Nem das de quarto, nem das de piscina. A limpeza dos quartos era básica e nunca colocavam tapetes no banheiro. Para um hotel que tem a capacidade de acomodar tanta gente, a quantidade de funcionários é baixíssima. Minha família sempre ficava no Riviera por causa dos parques disponíveis e da qualidade dos alimentos, mas agora não vemos mais essa vantagem.

Só acho que vale a pena por conta dos 4 parques aquáticos que temos direito e por ser muito perto de 2 dos parques! Café da manhã achei fraco, parece uma feira, o quarto é até bom, mas não gostei de colocar o ar condicionado só no quarto e na sala ficar quente demais, além do ar estár infestado de ácaros. Há muito o que melhorar comparado com outros hotéis que já fiquei em Caldas.

Hotel maravilhoso, incômodo com as abordagens

O lugar é lindo, as piscinas são super limpas e aquecidas, as refeições são maravilhosas. A única coisa que estraga é o fato de você não ter liberdade pra andar no hotel. Toda hora você é abordado por alguém pra conhecer sobre o empreendimento, chega a ser chato e incômodo, você se sente desconfortável e vigiado. O wi-fi também deixou a desejar, quase não funcionava pelo fato de ser aberto.
