Gostaria de registrar alguns pontos que nos causaram desconforto logo na chegada ao hotel e durante a estadia: • Ao entrar no quarto, constatamos que não havia TV no dormitório, apenas na sala. Essa informação deveria estar claramente especificada no momento da reserva, e não descrita de forma genérica como “TV LCD 43 polegadas”. • A TV anunciada como sendo de 43 polegadas aparenta ter, no máximo, 32, o que indica necessidade de correção na descrição do quarto. • O ar-condicionado não resfria adequadamente, funcionando mais como ventilador, o que compromete significativamente o conforto. • O chão estava extremamente grudento, impossibilitando caminhar descalço com tranquilidade. • O chuveiro não aquece de forma eficiente. • A janela do banheiro estava visivelmente suja. • Notamos a ausência de toalha de rosto no quarto. Não sabemos se isso é padrão do hotel ou uma falha pontual. Apesar dos problemas, é importante destacar a simpatia e profissionalismo da colaboradora Mayquelly, que foi a única funcionária atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia, mesmo diante de alta demanda. Infelizmente, o atendimento dos demais colaboradores foi marcado por má vontade em todas as situações e horários. Relatamos essas questões ao colaborador Paulo, que nos ofereceu como única alternativa o pagamento de uma diferença para migrar para outra categoria. Recusamos, pois não faria sentido investir mais diante da experiência negativa que tivemos.

Péssima experiencia!

A limpeza estava deprimente. Logo que entramos no quarto notamos que não havia sido limpo, havia resto de sabonete no banheiro. Depois de uma tarde inteira de muito estresse, conseguimos trocar de quarto.

Bem solícitos, café da manhã maravilhoso. Porém, ar-condicionado da suíte com filtro muito sujo, ainda no formato "gaveta" (muito antigo), estava com a grade quebrada e não estava climatizando o quarto como deveria. O telefone que era pra ser usado para contato direto com a recepção e room service não estava funcionando, assim, fiquei impossibilitado de pedir cobertas, já que estas não ficam no quarto. Cedem ingressos aos parques aquáticos, mas não para o dia de check-out, no meu caso, que foi uma diária, não pude usufruir do ingresso. Atendentes da recepção e restaurantes são super educados e prestativos.

Hotel nao tem pilha pra controle da tv, em baixa temporada e não tem secador de cabelo suficiente, tiraram as entradas nos parques aquáticos no dia do check-out (antes poderiam encerrar a estadia e ficar nos clubes ate final da tarde), não podem mais entrar em dois clubes no mesmo dia. Se for pensando q vai dormir a noite, esqueca! Tem bares em frente com som ao vivo ate as 04 horas da manhã e muito alto!

Após a troca de gestão do grupo a nova empresa tem aplicado regras no uso dos parques que antes não tinha. Fazendo com que o hóspede fique mais limitado sobre qual parque ir e quando ir. O hotel precisa melhorar o sistema de refrigeração dos quartos pois os aparelhos de ar condicionado estão bem ruins. Por isso não dei uma nota melhor.

Vendem apto como luxo,mas não chega nem perto disto. Todo dia tinha que ligar pedindo toalhas e lençóis de cama,ar condicionado parecia uma britadeira, 3 noite de sono terrível,pois se ligasse o ar não dormia por causa do barulho,se deixava desligado não dormia por causa do calor infernal,quarto pequeno para acomodar 4 pessoas com o mínimo de conforto. Pelo que percebi a tal de WAM tomou conta 100% dos empreendimentos do grupo privê,o que só trouxe transtornos e má qualidade nos serviços que eram muito bons anteriormente.
