Simplesmente proíbem os hospede de levar qualquer tipo de bebida ou lanche para as área de lazer, sem contar que a segurança responsável, fica coagindo os hospede, observando se irão pegar algum lanche ou bebidas das bolsas ou mochilas, constrangido a forma de agir e com uma certa perseguição.

Atendimento ruim

Um dos colaboradores qye trabalha no bar da piscina molhada foi muito mal educado. Nao ha placa proibindo pular na piscina e o rapaz admoesta hospedes severamente quando o fazem. Chega a ser rude. Precisa ser treinado. Garçom do café da manhã que recolhe loucas sequer responde a um bom dia.

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Não recomendo quarto virado para rodovia devido ao barulho. No final de semana enche muito. Café da manhã ok. Boas piscinas com água quente natural e limpas. Local familiar.

Decepção.

Péssimo atendimento. Sem qualquer coerencia .Tratamento até cruel com pessoas idosas.Levei um casal para almoçar e assistir ao jogo do Brasil na hora do almoço. Um dos quais até diabético que deveria almoçar no horário, porém foi impedido de comer no restaurante ao lado da piscina em prato de vidro, mesmo tendo apenas poucos adultos lá, sem nenhuma criança e mesmo a gente se comprometendo de devolver os pratos logo ao final do almoço. Ou seja, não havia qualquer perigo .
