The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ótima instalações e vista maravilhosa para um lago

Gostamos muito das instalações do hotel. Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo. Além do salva vidas Florismar que me ajudou quando meu filho precisou. O hotel da cortesia free para 4 parques aquáticos da região,fomos apenas em 1 para poder curtir os demais dias no hotel, mas vale super a pena essa cortesia. Café da manhã e jantar farto, adoramos tbm.

3 of 4 family members ended up with food poisoning on the first day after eating in one of their associated parks and their pool bar. Hotel did not want to acknowledge/investigate this and offered no compensation what so ever. So much for hospitality. End of story. Not recommended!

O hotel e muito longe do centro e deixou vários itens a desejar durante a minha estadia como limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã ruim com poucas opções e nada integral, a comida do restaurante também não é boa nada saborosa e nenhum capricho...Não pretendo voltar e nem indicar pra ninguém.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, as piscinas são boas, o quarto é bem grande e as camas muito confortáveis, além de ter quadras, brinquedoteca, etc. O grande ponto negativo fica por conta do café da manhã, que basicamente é a base de pães e bolos de uma qualidade que não é compatível com o preço da diária e o tamanho do hotel e da própria rede: pão francês com casca muito borrachuda; pão de forma com massa muito grosseira e cortado aparentemente na mão e com faca sem fio, pois as fatias eram muito irregulares e cheias de pontas de casca e ao passar a manteiga iam soltando muito farelos e fazendo pelotas; os ovos mexidos de lá são feitos no leite, de acordo com a placa de identificação, e não como se costuma ver na maioria dos hotéis, ficando tudo muito molenga, mais parecido com uma sopa amarela, sem os pedacinhos da clara e da gema identificáveis. Do café da manhã só era bom a salsicha no molho, a calabresa acebolada, o pão de queijo, o café, as frutas e os frios. Dava pra ver todos os dias um excesso de sobras nos pratos das pessoas desses produtos de qualidade ruim, ou seja, não fui apenas eu que tive uma experiência ruim no café da manhã.

Pscinas sujas e frias. Tinham 4 pscinas frias e 1 morna pra fria. O ar condicionado do quarto pingando. Pias entupidas. Sem nenhuma panela. Fogao sem utilidade. Café da manhã repleto de massas e biscoitos sem qualidade. Tudo de padaria. Sem capricho. Não recomendo. Já me hospedei há 1 ano mas agora está totalmente diferente.
