The hotel and swimming pools are really good, the bed is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. There should be more respect and let the customers enjoy their holiday

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, as piscinas são boas, o quarto é bem grande e as camas muito confortáveis, além de ter quadras, brinquedoteca, etc. O grande ponto negativo fica por conta do café da manhã, que basicamente é a base de pães e bolos de uma qualidade que não é compatível com o preço da diária e o tamanho do hotel e da própria rede: pão francês com casca muito borrachuda; pão de forma com massa muito grosseira e cortado aparentemente na mão e com faca sem fio, pois as fatias eram muito irregulares e cheias de pontas de casca e ao passar a manteiga iam soltando muito farelos e fazendo pelotas; os ovos mexidos de lá são feitos no leite, de acordo com a placa de identificação, e não como se costuma ver na maioria dos hotéis, ficando tudo muito molenga, mais parecido com uma sopa amarela, sem os pedacinhos da clara e da gema identificáveis. Do café da manhã só era bom a salsicha no molho, a calabresa acebolada, o pão de queijo, o café, as frutas e os frios. Dava pra ver todos os dias um excesso de sobras nos pratos das pessoas desses produtos de qualidade ruim, ou seja, não fui apenas eu que tive uma experiência ruim no café da manhã.

Cama ruim, travesseiros ruins, pia pequena, barulho no ar condicionado externo que ficava localizado na janela do banheiro fazendo barulho alto. Ficamos hospedados de domingo pra segunda, chegamos 4 da tarde e fomos pras piscinas que estavam, todas, com mau cheiro e águas turvas. No café da manhã fomos os primeiros a entrar às 7 da manhã e os ovos já estavam frios, o pão de queijo estavam frios, tinha um funcionário tomando café da manhã no salão???? Nenhum atendimento é passarinhos entraram no salão e ficavam bicando os bolos. Esse hotel não tem maître ou gerente? Na piscina pedimos uma porção de pastéis metade carne e queijo e só veio pastéis de queijo. Vou parar por aqui.
