Durante minha recente estadia de 3 dias com minha família, infelizmente tive uma experiência negativa em relação ao quarto (nº 952). Já me hospedei no hotel outras vezes, ao longo dos últimos 4 anos, e desta vez me deparei com um quarto muito abaixo do padrão que eu conhecia. O ambiente estava bastante simples e com sinais evidentes de falta de manutenção e limpeza: cortinas sujas, saia da cama box muito suja e mobiliário insuficiente — não havia mesa, apenas duas cadeiras bem antigas. O banheiro, em especial, necessita de reforma urgente. Enfrentamos um problema sério com o vaso sanitário, que entupia constantemente. Fomos informados pela recepção que esse é um problema recorrente com outros hóspedes, o que é ainda mais preocupante. Inclusive, desde a nossa chegada o quarto já apresentava essa situação, e precisávamos acionar a recepção sempre que utilizávamos, o que gerou grande desconforto, inclusive para meu filho de 6 anos. A banheira de hidromassagem não foi utilizada, pois aparentava estar bastante desgastada, assim como os azulejos do banheiro, que estão visivelmente antigos. De forma geral, o quarto estava tão desleixado que não nos sentíamos à vontade nem para permanecer nele. Considero que uma reforma urgente seja necessária. Por outro lado, destaco pontos positivos: os funcionários são educados, a comida é boa e a área das piscinas é excelente. O hotel também estava bastante cheio durante a estadia.

A recepção é muito fraca, passou várias informações erradas e omitiu outras. Quarto só é limpo se solicitado na recepção. Não tem garagem e a que disponibilizam possui preço exorbitante. O ar condicionado não funcionou precisando de limpeza na minha chegada.

Trocar os travesseiros e tapete de chão que estão bem ruins . A equipe de recepção poderia ter mais bom senso , o estacionamento estava quase totalmente vazio , e mesmo assim falaram que o estacionamento cortesia e apenas para quem reserva do hotel direto . O preço para quem não reserva direto com eles é R$ 50,00/ dia .

Poderia ter sido melhor se não houvesse baratas dentro do quarto. Durante a noite parecia que eu seria carregada por elas. Logo pela manhã conversei com a administradora do quarto e nada foi resolvido. O que era para ser uma comemoraçao de aniversário de casamento se tornou um pesadelo devido ao grande número de baratas que surgiram e ao meu medo extremo que senti das mesmas. Quanto ao hotel, piscina quentinha, funcionários cordiais.
