O ar condicionado do quarto estava estragado, andar não tinha internet, posteriormente fui trocado de quarto 3 vezes até achar algum quarto que não estava com o ar-condicionado ruim, fiquei 2 dos 3 dias dormindo muito mal. Elevador tbm muuuito ruim. Pessima qualidade o hotel.

Péssimo lugar , péssima estadia.

Péssimo lugar , funcionários grossos . O site vende uma magia de lugar , mas não caiam nessa. Escolham o qualquer um da rede DiRoma, menos esse aqui. Funcionários terceirizados gritam com você na hora de fazer limpeza das piscinas. Solicitei ajuda porque meu quarto estava aberto quando voltei de um jantar e nada fizeram. As piscinas não são tão aquecidas como falam , e a partir das 22:00 te restrigem em qual ambiente deve ficar . Não Caiam nessa que eles são 24 horas de lazer , pura mentira .

Quarto ruim, piscinas ótimas.

O vaso sanitário vazava água por trás, alagava o banheiro toda descarga dada. Quase todas as tomadas quebradas. O ar-condicionado pingava dentro do quarto. A tv só chuvisco. Em compensação, o café da manhã era muito bom e as piscinas são ótimas, todas quentes e muito gostosas. No geral foi bom, mas não voltaria.

Razoável

Razoáveis, piscinas sujas, poucas piscinas com água quente, durante o dia de domingo, após o almoço, só tinha uma piscina limpa, mais com água fria, piscina com água quente todas sujas. Baneheiros Razoáveis. A noite após as 11 horas tinha uma piscina quente boa.

Hotel bagunçado. Lugar sujo, ar condicionado antigo, barulhento, tv antiga somente com dois canais. Não tem limpeza de quarto, cafe da manhã horrível, pães sem gosto e endurecidos, pouca opção de frutas. Totalmente despreparado para receber hóspedes. Total desconforto. Péssima experiência. Nunca mais.

Péssima Estadia

Hotel péssimo, não cumprem com as descrições. Os funcionários são despreparados e mal educados. As piscinas não são limpas devidamente, sendo que apenas jogam um pouco da água fora e colocam mais água, sem esvaziar de fato e limpar como normalmente acontece em Caldas Novas. O café da manhã é bem fraco e finalizam antes do horário programado. Não possuem estacionamento para todos os quartos e as vagas na rua são bem difíceis de achar. Os quartos estão velhos e sem manutenção. No geral, é um dos piores condomínios de caldas novas e não possuem estrutura para receberem o volume de hospedes que se propõe.

Atendimento

O lugar é excelente, porém de uns anos pra cá o atendimento piorou um pouco. Quando vai chegar e sair do estacionamento pago do hotel vc tem que ficar esperando algum tempo até alguém abrir a cancela pra vc, sendo que já achei o estacionamento caro, uma vez que já paga a estadia. Não tem garagem e nem sombra. O valor é 30 reais por dia.
