Estrutura boa, mesmo que antiga está bem conservada e vimos que reformas estão sendo feitas. Iluminação do restaurante péssima, deixando um ambiente muito ''frio''. Comida muito boa, bem servidas. Todo pessoal de atendimento muito educados, prestativos e sempre com boa vontade de ajudar. Sentimos muita falta de um mapa das áreas externas do hotel, achei este um ponto muito negativo. As inúmeras cadeiras em frente da recepção estão com o tecido sujo e desgastado, dando uma impressão de desleixo ou decadência. Falta de informações sobre temperatura das diferentes piscinas. Ninguem soube nos responder. A limpeza de calçadas, piscinas, e todas as áreas comuns nos chamaram a atenção

O Hotel tem diversas opções de lazer e muitas piscinas. Duas coisas deixaram a desejar: o quarto apresentou vazamento no banheiro e a refeição com pouca variedade no almoço/jantar.

Os quartos são razoáveis, mas precisam de uma melhor manutenção. A Área do hotel é ótima, com muitas piscinas de água quente e muito verde. O café da manhã é delicioso e o almoço e jantar tem preço razoável, visto que é tudo incluído (refeição, bebidas e sobremesa). Hotel ótimo para famílias com crianças e idosos.

Hotel agradável, comida boa, uma pena que estava chovendo, pois seria muito bom curtir as inúmeras piscinas, por ser de frente com o parque aquático, facilita muito principalmente para quem tem criança pequena, os preços dos bares e que estão um pouco salgados, precisam rever esta questão, no mais bom atendimento, não tivemos problema algum.
