Estrutura boa, mesmo que antiga está bem conservada e vimos que reformas estão sendo feitas. Iluminação do restaurante péssima, deixando um ambiente muito ''frio''. Comida muito boa, bem servidas. Todo pessoal de atendimento muito educados, prestativos e sempre com boa vontade de ajudar. Sentimos muita falta de um mapa das áreas externas do hotel, achei este um ponto muito negativo. As inúmeras cadeiras em frente da recepção estão com o tecido sujo e desgastado, dando uma impressão de desleixo ou decadência. Falta de informações sobre temperatura das diferentes piscinas. Ninguem soube nos responder. A limpeza de calçadas, piscinas, e todas as áreas comuns nos chamaram a atenção

Os quartos são razoáveis, mas precisam de uma melhor manutenção. A Área do hotel é ótima, com muitas piscinas de água quente e muito verde. Hotel agradável, comida boa, uma pena que estava chovendo, pois seria muito bom curtir as inúmeras piscinas, por ser de frente com o parque aquático, facilita muito principalmente para quem tem criança pequena, os preços dos bares e que estão um pouco salgados, precisam rever esta questão, no mais bom atendimento, não tivemos problema algum.

Reservamos dois quartos iguais, mas fizeram up grade de apenas um e colocaram o outro quarto que era para ser duplo e no mesmo andar em outro prédio, o que causou desconforto pela distância entre eles. O banheiro era inferior ao das fotos do site.

HOTEL RAZOÁVEL, PRECISA DE REFORMA URGENTE.

O quarto em que fiquei no BLOCO B é muito velho, com partes de madeira quebradas no banheiro, o chuveiro não funcionava direito, embaixo da cama havia muita poeira, sujeira e teia de aranha. O WIFI é praticamente inexistente, o sinal da televisão é muito ruim. Além disso, havia dentro do hotel, especialmente nas áreas de lazer e em frente à saída do restaurante, muitos vendedores de pacotes do próprio hotel que abordavam a todo momento e quando recebiam resposta negativa eram desrespeitosos. Em menos de meia hora, fui abordado por mais de sete desses vendedores que eram muito insistentes e cansativos. A comida é boa, mas simples, não pode ser comparada a hotéis de padrão superior. As piscinas são boas. Ponto positivo foi que franquearam entrada gratuita no Parque Aquático da Rede DiRoma que fica logo em frente. O parque aquático também é muito bom. Fora os vendedores dos pacotes, os funcionários do hotel são muito prestativos. No hotel há serviço de empréstimo de toalhas para piscinas. Existe um prédio (BLOCO C) que foi construído recentemente e que apresenta melhores apartamentos. No entanto, quem usa a HOTEIS.COM é colocado nos blocos mais velhos e com apartamentos piores.

O quarto deixou a desejar na limpeza dos lençóis, fronhas e cobertores. O restaurante é ótimo e as piscinas também. O clube tem muito verde e é um ambiente agradável.
