Here, you won’t find an artificial resort or an urban holiday disguised as the countryside: instead, you’ll enjoy silence, woods, wildlife, sunsets over the hills, and an extraordinary view of the Certosa valley.



The property features a private pool, three open panoramic terraces, and spacious outdoor areas where you can read, walk, practice yoga, or simply enjoy the natural rhythm. There are 3 on-site parking spaces. Pets are welcome at no extra charge, up to 2 animals. For families with young children, a cot is available. Events are not allowed on the property.



As an isolated country house, you may encounter insects, lizards, hedgehogs, wild boars, or other small animals that are part of the local ecosystem. For this reason, the property is especially suitable for those who love genuine nature, not an artificial environment.



Access is via a narrow mountain road, with some unpaved sections, which helps preserve the peace and seclusion of the place.
