Het is een mooi en goed verzorgd appartement, modern voor Spaande begrippen. Direct aan de boulevard en het strand. De ligging vonden wij minder, je zit vlak bij de uitgaansstraat wat voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgt door dronken voorbijgangers. Er zit een parkeerplaats bij in kelder die super krap is. Vooral met grotere auto. Voordeel is dat er een lift is.
