Hotellissa ei mitään tietoa varauksesta tai Expediasta! Kahdenhengen huoneeseen kuuluu vain yksi aamiainen, pyyhe jne. Hotellissa ei voi maksaa luottokorteilla ja käteisen saaminen on äärimmäisen vaikeaa automaateista. Henkilökunta on koko ajan koputtelemassa ovelle, vaikka "älä häiritse" - lappu on ovella. Aamiainen aina samanlainen ja tehdään klo 7 ja tuodaan huoneeseen. Myöhemmin sama kylmä lautanen tuodaan takaisin. Kahvi tai tee ei kuulu aamiaisen tarjoiluun. Siivous tapahtuu päivittäin ja pyyhkeen vaihto. Suihkussa on kuumaa vettä. Huoneessa on vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi sekä turvalokero. Varsinkin sateella huone ja peti ovat kosteita. "Yövalot" ovat liikaa. Täytyy katkaista sähköt, että voi nukkua. Paljon sähkökatkoja sekä internet- katkoja. Henkilökunta yleisesti ystävällistä, mutta tuloyönä hyvin ylimielisiä ja varautuneita. Jokapäiväinen sade teki loput mukavasta lomasta ja oleskelusta hotellissa ja koko Calabarissa.
