Overnight comfort

Overnight stay on our way home from a 5 day getaway. Campanile always provides clean comfortable rooms, with friendly reception. Excellent for a 1 or 2 day stay.

Generally 3 stars not because it was bad, it was a clean and cheap motel .. and amongst those this one was average. If you're on a budget and just passing through then this is absolutely fine. Our very limited contact with members of staff were very polite and, thankfully for us, their English was excellent and way better than our French.

Our only issue was that the heating did not work and it was freezing cold outside. Heard that you could ask for an extra radiator/fan but it was a known ossue = that should have been in place before our arrival. get an extra radiator/

Heuresement le service menage au top sauve la mise. C est dommage car les chambres sont pas mal mais le service est deplorable. Deja impossible d avoir une facture globale alors que dans tous les autres campanile ca ne pose pas de soucis. Mais le pire c est une facture pour un repas que j attend depuis 1 semaine. J ai appeler 4 fois, et a chaque fois on me repond qu on me l envoi desuite et ce n est jamais fais. C est la premiere fois que je suis aussi decu d un service chez campanil. Il serait peut etre temps de reagir et de donner suite au demande de votre clientele.

Après 9 heures de route quel fut ma surprise de constater que la clé n’était pas présente dans la boîte à clé pour arriver tardive. Aucun éclairage pour voir le numéro d’urgence et il a fallu attendre 30 minutes pour avoir enfin la clé de notre chambre. Chambre qui sentait un mélange de tabac et de chien de mouillé .. Le comble a été de constater que l’hôtel est un repère pour la prostitution et que les murs sont extrêmement mal insonorisés. Hôtel à fuir !!!
