MOHAMMAD

The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. When we hear Sheraton, we expect luxury. That was not the case with this hotel, as some facilities and the condition are both outdated. Also, I didn’t appreciate some of the employees at the front desk. The guy who checked me in wasn’t friendly, maybe he was having a bad day at work. I also heard two female employees gossiping and talking badly about one of the customers trying to check-in. I would say this is unprofessional

We had an upgrade to executive suites, with breakfast and dinner inclusive. Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were overpriced, noisy, and uncomfortable—definitely not what I expected for the rate I paid. Dining prices were shockingly high, and I was further frustrated by excessive charges at the gift shop, where I purchased a bottle of alcohol and a pair of sunglasses. Not only were the prices already inflated, but I was also hit with a special tax and an exchange fee, which felt like I was being taken advantage of simply for being an American guest. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t stand staying there any longer, the staff insisted I pay the highest possible rate for the night before processing any refund. It felt unfair and opportunistic. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this property and cannot recommend it to others.
