We were attending a wedding, stayed one night only. Room was clean and everything was new. Checking in was slightly slow but efficient. Check out was great. Staff were friendly. Wedding food was amazing. As we are originally from Egypt living in Miami Florida we decided to try room service with Egyptian dishes but wasn’t as expected. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

The Ravi breakfast lounge was magnificent with wonderful service. The Sheraton Club lounge on the 26th floor of the South Tower was a treat and an essential retreat each day from our trips out into Cairo. The food was excellent, the service discrete and attentive and the views over Cairo to the pyramids to the east and south were memorable. Thank you everyone at the Sheraton
