We are leaving the hotel very satisfied with our stay. The location is incredibly central and getting anywhere is very easy. There are plenty of amenities in the surrounding area. This hotel in new and fancy, in a great, walkable area, but the best part is the great people who work there! Mostafa and Youstina were great helping with tour and appointments. They really made our stay special! When we return to Cairo, this is DEFINITELY where we will stay! They make everything so easy and comfortable. 2 notes: the elevator does not go to the 1st flor. And it is a little confusing to find.

Wow, did we enjoy this hotel. The location was incredible if you enjoy being amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy city. The breakfast was great and filling. The room was spacious and clean. But by far, the BEST thing about this hotel was Moustafa. We’ve never been so excited to come back to the hotel from a day out exploring before because we knew he would be there, waiting to ask how our day was. He was so smiley, warm, kind and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of recommendations and was very flexible with the things we needed. Adtham, Summer and Foustina were also lovely. But truly, Moustafa was one of the best parts of our trip.

So far this was the best hotel I stayed in Cairo(stayed in another 3 before that). Property is new, room was comfortable and clean. The first day the breakfast was good but second day it wasn't, as they change it every day. Internet wasn't good as it kept dropping off all the time, but it seems it's the issue in all of the hotels. Staff in reception is friendly especially Mustafa Mohamed and Mazen, they were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location.
