I had a wonderful stay at Royal Maxim Kempinski, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the outstanding staff who made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Mrs. Merna from the Front Office for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and cooperation. She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly look forward to visiting again.

1- the furniture has tears and stains. 2- everything was very over priced. 3- stayed 3 nights without heater until they fixed it. 4- the indoor pool is not for kids, which was a disappointment to us. We have booked because of the heated pool but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. 5- not worth the money paid.

AMAZING STAY

WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections. Staff was so attentive the hotels absolutely gorgeous and the rooms so beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! it was taught large at such a great price.
