My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy.

This hotel was truly a gem. The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge. The view was absolutely amazing — we could clearly see all three pyramids from our room.
