Nous avons apprécié la vue du rooftop et le fait que la piscine s’y trouvant était accessible à tout moment. Le personnel fut dans l’ensemble agréable et le petit déjeuner varié ! Cependant la propreté, la wifi, ainsi que les ascenseurs sont entièrement à revoir. Ainsi que du personnel qui parle anglais et a même de gérer des problèmes technique. J’ai du à plusieurs reprises me rendre à la réception pour faire bouger les choses puisque les confirmations que j’ai eu au téléphone n’eurent jamais lieu !

الغرف سيىء جدا - تعامل الموظفين اسواء - النظافة حدك ولا حرج ساعتين تاخير في الدخول - ترك الغرفة مفتوحه بعد تنظيف - ازعاج صوت سيارات يوصل الى داخل الغرفة المفارش و الفوط قديمة جدا و مستهلكة - مشاكل في تكيف لاتنتهي تم اصلاح المكيف ٤ مرات - بوفه الإفطار سيىء جدا جدا جدا - مشاكل و تعطل في المصعد و صعوبة الوصول الى الغرف

El problema principal radicó en que hoteles.com nunca envió la reservación al hotel y por medio de messenger, en México no me resolvieron nada. La actitud del gerente muy prepotente, en vez de dar soluciones, me negó el poder reservar una habitación ahí mismo.

It was quick one night stay .. staff is good special thanks to Mr Mohamed in the reception he was a great help Room was ok .. great view & location but unfortunately the cleanliness & the room smell wasnt that great ! Toilet fixtures were old & damaged .. plastic beach chairs in balcony was such a shame for a good place like that .. breakfast was ok would be happier if improved
