This hotel is situated on a dirt road access which happens to be where 100-150 camels and horse buggies get into the Giza tourist ride area. In morning as of 7am-8am its was full of animals ( you know what) stank, was noisy and not possible get out easily. The room was not pleasant, staff barely serviced. Upon arrival they tried to have me pay cash, what had already been pay in advance, so they have no proper front desk or staff. I wouldnt recommend, On second late night we had a group of smokers in corridor in front of our room door that stank up the room from under the door.

Staff were friendly but poor english Wifi was poor Food was shockingly bad and inconsistent Room not clean and smelt like bleach to the point where i could not sleep Most importantly, one of 2 rooms i booked wasn't available for the first night and they refused to refund me . I have tried to contact expedia and they have not helped either. Also, the camels gather right out the front every day so it stinks and is dirty

I booked my room for the Great Scarab but they sent me to another location which was the Royal Scarab. I was not pleased because I booked for 4 nights and sent emails that I would be a late check in and updated on my flight delay. Just to find out they gave my prebooked room away and sent me to another property that was not managed properly and breakfast was not served. The room was full of flies not like one or two but a lot. The hallway lights was not on at night when coming back from activities. I feel like I was scammed.

Alt var ringe, dog undtagen udsigten til pyramiderne. Der var ikke skilt til hotellet, så vi brugte over 1 time for at finde det - fik endda hjælp af lokale - der var ikke de værelser vi havde bestilt, sengetøj var snavset, der blev ikke gjort rent på værelserne i de 5 dage vi havde dem, morgenmaden var lidt af det lokale dog uden juice og mælk og mile vidt fra billedet, personalet røg på kontoret så der lugtede af røg på værelserne, hotelmanager var uforskammet og de ville "platte" os for betaling for værelserne selvom de var betalt hjemme fra. SKROT samarbejdet med det hotel og lad det få 1 stjerne for udsyn til Pyramiderne.
