A decent unit with very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. I had a huge security concern with patio door and wasn't fixed for more than 30 hrs. They provided kettle in the unit after 30 hrs as well. Iron was not working. No house amenities were provided.
Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025
