Good location, friendly and helpful staff…..hotel has charming environment, unique and welcome from the look alike cookie cutter chain hotels. My huge room and the hallways belong in a movie….I recommend this hotel highly for a real taste of Cairo….

Great location right in downtown Cairo, the rooms were decent, and the staff was extremely helpful. Cleaning could have been more frequent. The downside was the many stray dogs roaming the streets at night, barking and fighting.

The breakfast was awesome and very delicious. The rooms were a bit tight to navigate and could have been a little cleaner. The linen was fresh and clean. Stairs and hallways we’re not well cleaned. Our room was very noisy from all of the nighttime traffic and horn blowing. It’s not a bad place to stay and the staff were great

Well located. Good local experience. Property overall could use a makeover. Bathroom not really up to standard. The driver provided by the hotel to take us to the pyramids and GEM while pleasant enough was more about getting commisions on the side from his friends.overall a good experience but have to be on your toes to not be taken advantage of.

Cozy hotel by plaza

Great hotel, a short walk from the plaza. Room was good sized clean and.. comfy. Breakfast is in restaurant downstairs good restaurant , (check how much you get off, there is a limit for the breakfast). Staff al friendly and one of the cheapest hotel laundry prices I saw, please don't change.

Everyone that works here are friendly and humble. They helped me book my excursions and kept me updated. The rooms are clean and has this old historic vibe. After a long day of soaking in the culture, you can enjoy their new bed and pillows! I’ve stayed at $600 a night rooms and these beds are more comfortable- you will have a good nights rest for sure. Overall, I lived this place, they make you feel at home and it’s very personal. It’s family owned and they make you feel welcomed, perfect stay!

Located in a central area, very close to Egyptian museum, Cairo tower. There are varieties of dining options nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom equipped with necessary items including AC, hair dryer and iron. Breakfast good and more than enough. Special thanks to manager who arranged dinner cruise at last minute, when my original booking was cancelled. Overall, highly recommend.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here. We booked the penthouse, it came with 3 room and we were able to fully lock the space so it felt very safe. To anyone looking to purchase tickets for excursion, I would recommend negotiating with the hotel staff as they might tire to upsell you tickets. Also note, the hotel itself does not have an elevator so no wheelchair accessibility.

Central location and ok hotel

Hotel was clean and otherwise nice except my room (single) had a bathroom separately on the other side corridor. It was also nice and clean, supposed to be private for me but seemed that also members of the staff used it. Anyway it wasn’t convenient when needed to go out of own room to use toilet or shower. Hotels staff was friendly and breakfast served to room ok.

The Cairo Inn offers a unique bed and breakfast experience in the center of Cairo. It was a home built 200 years ago and converted to a hotel 15 years ago. The room was small, the bathroom very modern, and simple breakfast provided. The only hardship due to my husbands health issues is our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The staff are very helpful in all ways to meet your needs. Highly recommend for an authentic experience only a 5 minute walk to the Egyptian museum.
