Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The location is extremely strategic and convenient — everything you need is just a short walk away. Right next to the hotel there is one of the most popular restaurants in the area, offering tasty and fresh food. Please note that you may need to wait around 30 minutes for a table, as it is very busy. The hotel has an elevator, and the room was nice, clean, and spacious. Housekeeping was done daily. We would definitely stay here again.

On first night, they moved us to some other place instead of the hotel we booked because they overbooked. On second night, we came back to castello. After coming back, elevator stopped working on 2nd day and it’s still not working!! We have to go up 7 floors to reach our room in an old building. My parents are old and they can’t climb so many stairs. There is still no solution today after 2 days.

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and attractions, including the Cairo Museum, conveniently nearby. A special thanks to Mohamed Mousa for his outstanding assistance—he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
