Please note that the property has no lifts and features apartments spread over multiple levels, not just 2 ; which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or luggage. We stayed in an apartment below one managed by an independent agent, and unfortunately, we experienced noise from the guests above during the 2 first nights only. I recommend booking a top-floor unit for a quieter experience, if impossible one under a room managed by the hotel to avoid potential disturbances.
On a positive note, the hotel’s amenities, including the spa, mini kitchen, and beautifully heated pool, are truly delightful. The surroundings are stunning, with lovely palm trees adding to the ambiance. However, I did find the morning blower quite noisy, and I believe a more eco-friendly option would enhance the experience for all clients.
Overall, while there are some considerations to keep in mind, the stay was enjoyable for those seeking nature and adventure. For a more relaxing experience, especially if you plan to spend time in your room, I suggest choosing accommodations without non hotel guests above you.
Joan was incredibly helpful and empathetic, and I wish she had more time at the reception to assist guests further. The room attendants work hard and were wonderful including some clients you meet during your stay.
