The Space:

Spread across two levels, this townhouse offers a relaxed retreat blending comfort, practicality, and tropical charm. Natural light fills the open-plan living area, where an L-shaped sofa and smart TV with Netflix invite you to unwind.



The kitchen flows seamlessly from the lounge, fully equipped with everything you need for effortless home cooking—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and rice maker—plus a coffee station with an espresso machine to start your day right.



Step outside to the private courtyard, where the alfresco dining setting becomes the heart of the home, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or relaxed evening meals surrounded by palms.
