Inside, there’s a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, a kitchenette for light meals, a breezy private balcony, and a sunroom designed for quiet reading. After a day out, take a refreshing dip in the shared rooftop pool or soak in the spa, with views stretching across the city skyline.



The Space:

Discover this fuss-free, centrally located base—a laid-back getaway with all the essentials, perfect for exploring the best of Cairns. Step into the open living area and settle into one of the leather recliners for a movie night or make use of the quiet corner with a desk, chair, and soft lighting—ideal for journaling or catching up on emails.



Prepare hearty meals in the compact kitchen with a cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine for your morning routine. Near the entryway, a second kitchenette offers a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and pod coffee machine—ideal for prepping quick snacks or giving early risers their breakfast setup. Share a relaxed dinner at the six-seater dining table, then step onto the private balcony for sunset drinks and skyline views that stretch to the mountains.



When it’s time to retreat, head to one of the two queen-sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom opens onto an enclosed sunroom with a small table and two chairs—ideal for quiet moments. Inside, there’s also a sitting nook, perfect for working, journaling, or enjoying a slow cuppa. Built-in storage and an ensuite with a shower and vanity complete the room’s private, self-contained feel. Wake up to soft natural light in the second bedroom, then refresh in the family bathroom with a shower-over-bath. For longer stays, the internal laundry is fully equipped with a front-loading washer, dryer, and all the essentials to keep things simple.



Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, soak in the spa, or stretch out on a sunlounger with a book. Stay comfortable with split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans. The building includes secure garage parking for one vehicle and convenient lift access to your floor. This stay consists of two separate units connected by an internal interconnecting door.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared pool and spa. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Start your morning with a smooth brew from Billy’s—just a three-minute walk away. For lunch, Pho Viet next door serves up steaming bowls of beef noodle soup. Within a five-minute stroll, you’ll find flavour-packed options like Lanna Thai, Yama Zaru Izakaya for Japanese, and Jimmy’s, known for serving some of the best burgers in town.



Right across the road, the Cairns Central Shopping Centre has everything from groceries to fashion. On weekends, don’t miss Rusty’s Markets—just six minutes away—for fresh local produce, Vietnamese iced coffee, and sugar cane juice. An eight-minute walk will take you to the Night Markets, open until 11 pm with casual eats and souvenir stalls.



If you're in the mood for sightseeing, the Cairns Aquarium—home to over 16,000 marine creatures—is just ten minutes away. Only 1.3km from home, the iconic Esplanade Lagoon offers a sparkling public pool and sweeping views of the Coral Sea—an ideal spot for a swim and some tropical relaxation.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is one free parking spot available in the parking garage. Paid parking off premises is also available.



Airport: 10 minutes by car, or 30 minutes by bus (including a 5-minute walk).



Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
