The Space:

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this contemporary single-level home welcomes you with a manicured tropical garden and a striking architectural façade. Step inside to an airy open-plan living area where an oversized sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV, and streams of soft natural light create the perfect setting for slow mornings and movie nights.



Cook up memorable meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a generous bench island perfect for prepping. Then step onto the undercover patio to dine alfresco at the table for six as the BBQ sizzles nearby and the overhead fan keeps you cool through sun-drenched lunches.



As the day winds down, retreat to one of three thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The primary suite promises deep rest with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, leafy views, a tallboy for storage, and a TV for private entertainment.
