There were serious concerns about security and privacy. Some room key cards were broken, and the large opening around the lock was covered only by a cheap plastic panel that could easily be removed by hand. I was also shocked that housekeeping entered my room twice while I was in the shower, without warning... These issues made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.
