Wir haben diese Unterkunft mit realistischen Erwartungen gebucht – Dschungel, Natur, einfaches Leben. Was wir vorgefunden haben, hat jedoch jede Grunderwartung an eine vermietete Unterkunft weit unterschritten.Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft in einem ungepflegten Zustand: Die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, die Küche war aufgrund mangelnder Hygiene nicht nutzbar, und das gesamte Objekt war unrein. Hinzu kam ein Wasserausfall, der dazu führte, dass wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht duschen konnten – obwohl die Unterkunft direkt am Strand liegt und das Abduschen nach dem Baden schlicht notwendig ist.Der Vermieter reagierte auf unsere sachlichen Hinweise nicht mit Lösungsbereitschaft, sondern mit persönlichen Angriffen, Beleidigungen und pauschalen Aussagen über unsere Nationalität. Sämtliche Kommunikation ist schriftlich dokumentiert.Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass der Name der Unterkunft in der Buchungsbeschreibung auf Vrbo nicht korrekt angegeben war, was die Anreise erheblich erschwert hat.Wir haben alles mit Fotos und Videos dokumentiert und eine Teilerstattung beantragt – sowohl beim Vermieter als auch bei Vrbo. Beides wurde abgelehnt.Wir können diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise empfehlen.
