1. Online Check-in
For security purposes, online check-in is required prior to arrival. Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID and/or a selfie.

2. Respect for the Neighborhood
The property is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, and excessive noise or loud music is not permitted.

3. Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed.

4. Guest Limit
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.

5. Care of the Property
Please treat the home with care. Any damage or alterations will result in charges and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Additional conditions may apply.

7. Pool and Garden Use
Please use all outdoor areas respectfully. Fires are not permitted anywhere on the property.

8. Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property and its contents.

9. Security
For your safety, please ensure the house is locked whenever you leave.

10. Energy Use
We kindly ask guests to turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and cooking appliances when not in use.

11. Substance Policy
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay.

12. Keys
When leaving the property, please store the keys in the lockbox and keep the code secure. Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.

13. Additional Services
All extra services (massages, bike rentals, tours, private chef, etc.) must be paid at the time of booking.
