The house stays very cool even in summer; one bedroom has air conditioning, and the others have fans.
RENOVATION WORK ON THE ENTRANCE FACADE, INVOLVING SCAFFOLDING, IS SCHEDULED FOR THE SUMMER. THE FACADE FACING THE SMALL GARDEN WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE WORK. THE PRICE LISTED HERE IS ALREADY DISCOUNTED TO COMPENSATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. BY BOOKING, YOU IMPLICITLY ACCEPT THAT THIS WORK WILL BE UNDERWAY. The spacious apartment is comfortable, cool, and well-ventilated even in the summer. Hardwood floors throughout most of the home. Also ideal for business travelers; one room can be used as a home office with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. Washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a small garden for relaxing, outdoor dining, a place to hang up swimsuits and laundry, and for smoking (smoking is permitted only in the garden). No windows face the street, so you can keep the windows open even at night with peace of mind and safety. The windows facing the tree-lined building entrance are fitted with security bars.
There’s a bus stop right outside the building, with buses taking just 5 minutes to reach Poetto Beach and 10 minutes to reach the historic center of Cagliari. The stadium is a 5-minute walk away, and the Fiera della Sardegna is a 7-minute walk away. Grocery stores are very close by. A bike path runs along the street in front of the house, connecting to Poetto Beach, the Molentargius Nature Park—where you can spot pink flamingos—and the city center, which is full of shops and has a vibrant nightlife. A bike rental shop is a 2-minute walk away.
Available to guests: a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a yoga mat.
Poetto Beach is ideal for both relaxation and beach sports such as beach volleyball, beach tennis, windsurfing, and sailing.
Parking near the apartment is free and fairly easy to find, especially on nearby Via Venezia, Via Macerata, and Via Pesaro.

In Italy, I am required by law to report the names of all guests to the State Police. Therefore, at check-in or in advance, you must present me with a valid ID, including for minors. The photo from the ID will be deleted as soon as the registration is complete.
In Cagliari, a tourist tax of 3 euros per guest applies to guests aged 12 to 70, for a maximum of 5 consecutive days (if you book 8 nights, you pay the tax for only 5) and must be paid to me in cash at check-in.
